Refund Policy
Refund Policy – PKCW College of Nursing, Kandhala Jattan, Hoshiarpur(As per PNRC Guidelines and General Nursing Education Norms)
1. Admission CancellationStudents seeking cancellation of admission must submit a written application to the Principal along with the original fee receipt and relevant documents.
2. Registration and Counselling FeesAny registration, counselling, or online processing fees paid to the Punjab Nurses Registration Council (PNRC) are generally non-refundable. PNRC's published refund policy states that amounts paid for online services are ordinarily not refunded after payment and cancellation of services. (admission.pnrconline.in)
3. Refund of College FeesRefund of tuition and other college fees shall be considered according to the applicable guidelines issued by PNRC, BFUHS, Government of Punjab, Indian Nursing Council (INC), and any directions issued by competent authorities from time to time. (Phoenix Nursing Institute)

5. Withdrawal After Commencement of SessionIf a student withdraws after the commencement of classes or leaves the course mid-session, the college may recover fees and dues as per PNRC/BFUHS/Government regulations and any undertaking or bond executed at the time of admission. 6. Security Deposit / Caution MoneyRefundable security deposit, if any, shall be returned after adjustment of outstanding dues, damages, library fines, hostel charges, or any other liabilities.
7. Processing of RefundApproved refunds shall be processed through bank transfer within a reasonable period after verification of documents and clearance from all concerned departments.
